Inclusion review activities to be scheduled by the review team lead,

NB. In an all-through setting, activities must include proportionate representation of pupils and staff
from all phases. A meeting must be scheduled with the lead teacher in any school hosting an Enhanced
Provision.
Start of day meeting with the review team
y the review team lead should introduce all
team members, and then ensure that team
members:
• have copies of the timetable for the day,
the question pack and the school's selfevaluation
• can access the school's Wi-Fi and have a
copy of a map of the school
• know where to access the toilets
• have ordered food (if required)
• are clear about the plan for the day
• understand how and when they will
provide feedback to the review team lead
• ask any additional questions, if applicable
y the review team lead should then remind the
team of the review protocols (page 2, above)
and provide a brief synopsis of the prereview
briefing (including any co-constructed
elements of the day)
